Great service
From the very first moment we felt very welcome from Tina, she has been really professional and keen to help and advice. The great experience has continued with Austin when he has visit the house to take the measurements and advice on the best solution for the staircase. Great service all around, I have been a carpet right customer before and I will keep in future as I have got always a great service from the Staines branch team.

Such a frustrating experience that is…
Such a frustrating experience that is still continuing. We had a months plus delay on getting our flooring laid, in our new home. This took various calls trying to get fitters in to do the flooring. Once they'd left we noticed damage on the flooring and on the washer/drier. We emailed the Aylesbury manager straight away, who gave us nothing but excuses (the fitter had to go to an emergency twice in a week), no one called when promised and when they did it was the wrong number. We've paid a lot to get the flooring done and they can't be bothered to come and see the issues

The manager arranged for the property to be visited and measured. He then confirmed products and price. 2 downsides. Time for delivery. Must be paid for before being delivered

I recently been to Carpet Right Unit…
I recently been to Carpet Right Unit 4b, Beckton Triangle Retail Park, London E6 6LH
. When I got inside the store no body seemed to be bothered to help. So me and my wife approach a member of staff who was not willing to help either but directed us to someone else. In the end finally We did speak to someone and booked the measurements. After few days we go back to the store again only to find out the measurer did not send them the measurements details and he won’t answer his phone. So I offered the staffs a ride in my car to my flat so they can measure again and somebody agreed to travel with me to my flat and did the measurements and looked all round the flat again and said all is good. So we ordered £1,727.00 worth of vinyl and laminate.

A week later the vinyl fitter comes and says to me that he can’t fit the vinyl on my kitchen floor because of the EPVC balcony door as it is too low and he can’t cut it. His English was terrible I didn’t understand half of the things he said. So I was very disappointed because none of the two guys that did the measurements mentioned that to me during their visit to my flat. If they were to tell me I would not have ordered the vinyl for the kitchen.

The fitter took the vinyl back with them because they couldn’t fit it but the store refused to refund my money for the vinyl. I explained them everything but they don’t seem to care. One of the managers name Max was very rude and told me he won’t refund me.

So I don’t have the vinyl nor it was fitted and I don’t have my money back. I am absolutely devastated.

I wish I can get my money back!

First Rate Experience in Shop.
As always, it’s the staff that make the business.
Especially when you are with your 89 year old mother, who suffers from dementia, trying to find her a new carpet.
Dawn was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. She went to great lengths to help my mother with her choice and details of underlay, fitting etc. Add in a good range and reasonable pricing and it made the whole experience much better than I had feared and the store in Oswestry will be my first choice next time because of that. Well done Dawn.

The only thing I could complain about…
The only thing I could complain about is that when someone from carpet right came out to measure up he did not bring any carpet samples ,so it was a good job I could see what I liked on there web page and send for a free sample

Lacking basic customer service
ehen the fitter arrived he realised the wrong size carpet had been ordered. I had to phone later that day to ask what happens next - no one took the initiative to ring to sort this out. We were told they would need to ring head office and would ring back Monday or Tuesday the following week. This did not happen and when I eventually got through on the Wednesday o was informed they needed to speak to head office! I had to ring again as I still had not heard about 3 hours later. I was informed that the carpet is out of stock until end of August. All the time no apology was offered for the inconvenience- my husband had to take a day off work for when the carpet was due to be fitted. I was very disappointed by the lack of care. We had also bought an extra carpet gripper for the door but at the time of writing they hadn’t been able to find this additional invoice to refund the extra £11. We will have to go into the store for this. Very disappointing, complete lack of customer care and common decency.
